Email & Lifecycle Manager (Retention Manager) - 100% Remote

This position differs from your typical agency opportunity - this group functions as consultants.

You will focus on ensuring your client's customers become customers for life and increasing customer LTV. To succeed in this role, you will need to be extremely data-focused but also have experience with brand strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of growth retention marketing experience as well as CRM
  • Experience building user journey mappings
  • Hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing customer retention campaigns
  • Passionate about driving down CAC, increasing LTV, analyzing cohorts, and deep-diving into data to make impactful decisions
  • Experience growing customer email files, creating and executing B2C nurture campaigns and email flows
  • Successful history of building and growing the SMS list as well as campaigns
  • Experience with loyalty programs
  • Expert in Excel - having the ability to analyze data, generate reports, and organize large pieces of data
  • Experience with reporting KPIs
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Hubspot
  • Familiar with analytics/attribution platforms like Glew, GA4, Hubspot, and Shopify
  • Must have confidence in presenting to clients
  • Very data-driven and analytical
