Salesforce Marketing Automation (CRM) /Email Specialist
On-site, 4 days a week in Grapevine, Texas

An established company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth seeking a Salesforce Marketing Automation/Email Specialist to serve as the technical expert for the client’s MarTech stack!

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio
• Serve as a subject matter expert on email marketing within the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to marketing automation processes
• Implement effective audience segmentation strategies based on customer data and behavioral insights utilizing SQL to segment customer data
• Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and manage email templates and personalized messaging for various campaigns

 

 

Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for an email marketing campaign
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and marketing automation
• Strong background working with SQL queries daily
• Proficient in HTML and AMP Script
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
