Our client is looking for a metrics-driven Marketing Director for their B2B technology company. Targeting end-user demand generation activities and managing marketing strategies, plans, campaigns, and budgets. You will be working alongside the sales and global marketing teams.

Most important skills you can bring to the table:
  • Several years experience partnering with the highest levels of sales organization within a B2B tech environment (acted as the primary point person for strategy & execution)
  • Ability to take input from sales and turn it into action
  • Experience with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and ABM
  • Know how to have a holistic view of accounts (not just looking at each lead separately within different departments)
  • Be metrics driven! Do you measure KPI? Do you have an understanding of the impact your efforts make on the business? How do you measure account engagement?
 
Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 - 15 years' blended experience in Field Marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation within a B2B enterprise tech company (SaaS)
  • Digital experience (including working with tool stacks) is a plus - SEO, SEM, PPC, Email Marketing, Display, CPM, Social, Design/Content, etc
  • Management experience
  • Experience being embedded with sales and executive level sales
  • Must have Salesforce experience 
  • Strong blend of Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot) and ABM (DemandBase or Engagio)
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
