Ecommerce Project Manager - must be located in the U.S. but highly prefer candidates in the Miami area
 

Our client is a hyper-profitable DTC health and wellness brand committed to empowering individuals on their wellness journey. As the Ecommerce Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind steering operational efficiency, supporting agency partners, and ensuring a stellar brand experience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Led the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Collect and organize project data for insightful analysis and reporting
• Champion an exceptional online shopping experience, focusing on user interface, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare reports for senior management
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovative solutions that enhance our digital presence
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency

 

 

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of experience in E-commerce Project Management, focusing on direct-to-consumer brands in a start-up environment
• Experience working with the following key e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Suite
• Proven success in managing projects from conception to completion
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion)
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
